Spicy Rice Nacho Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton rice and sauce mix (Spanish)
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 bag corn tortilla chips
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in water, rice, Spanish sauce and cumin.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese and chilies until cheese is melted. Cool slightly.
