Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. tasteless vegetable oil
3 c. coarsely-grated carrots
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. ground nuts
4 eggs
8 oz. softened cream cheese (optional)
1/2 lb. powdered sugar (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients and beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time. Bake in a greased pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
