Baked Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. hamburg
    12 oz. chopped onions
    4 oz. green peppers
    1 lb. bread (put bread in cold water, soak and squeeze)
    3 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    poultry seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in garlic and butter for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into loaves.
    Rub top loaves with cooking oil (prevents cracks).
    Cover with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
