Hot Clam And Cheese Dip(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams and juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove or equivalent of minced garlic
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. oregano
    6 drops of Tabasco sauce
    3/4 c. plain breadcrumbs
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Simmer clams, juice and lemon juice in small saucepan for 15 minutes.
    Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, oregano and Tabasco sauce in butter.
    Add breadcrumbs to clams and sauce.
    Mix in vegetables.
    Spray small casserole dish with Pam.
    Place 1/2 mixture in dish and cover with half the cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with Ritz, Triscuits or any plain cracker.
