Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white granulated sugar
3/4 c. oil or butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. raw rhubarb, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together; add topping of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Make in a 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
Makes 9 good squares.
