Oriental Turkey(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. turkey breast, sliced
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. tomatoes, diced
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
    8 oz. water
    pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Coat preheated skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Add turkey slices and cook until both sides are brown.
    Place turkey on platter and cover to keep warm.
    Place green peppers, celery and green onions in same skillet; cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add diced tomatoes.
    Dissolve tomato soup in water, then pour over vegetables.
    Add seasonings.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Serve over turkey.
