Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, boned
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti, cooked
1 stalk celery
6 strips bacon
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Fry bacon until crisp and drain. Saute celery, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in bacon drippings. Add soup and mushroom juice plus 1/2 can water or chicken broth. Stir in cubed cheese. Add spaghetti and chicken which has been cut into pieces. Mix and put into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bacon crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly. Freezes well for later use.
