Frozen Lemon Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk, thoroughly chilled
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lemon rind
Preparation
    Roll graham crackers into crumbs; place half of them in bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Grate lemon rind.
