Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    3 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat and add next four ingredients.
    Cover and simmer forty minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
    Place half the noodles in 8 x 11-inch baking dish; cover with one-third of the sauce.
    Add half the Mozzarella cheese, then half the cottage cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool 15 minutes; cut in squares. Serves six.
