Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

strawberries, wash and dry thoroughly
8 or 9-inch pie crust, cooked and cooled or use Ready crust
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small box strawberry jello
Preparation

Place dry strawberries in pie crust.
Mix together in pan the sugar, water and cornstarch.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in strawberry jello.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture over strawberries.
Refrigerate several
hours.
Serve with Cool Whip.
