Low Cholesterol Frosting With Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg white
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping c. fresh strawberries or frozen, drained
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg white, salt, vanilla and strawberries in the large bowl of an electric mixer.
Beat on high speed for about 10 minutes or longer, until very thick and stiff.
Do not underbeat.
Use to frost your favorite cake about 30 minutes before serving.
Frosting can be refrigerated for two days.
(I use it on angel food.)
