Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 bag regular flavor Doritos
1 block mild Cheddar cheese
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown beef and onion; drain well.
In a bowl, mix enchilada sauce, chicken soup and mushroom soup together with meat.
In casserole dish, put layer of Doritos.
Spoon in beef mixture.
Then sprinkle layer of cheese and then another of each.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bubbling.
