Poor Mary Lobster - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. any white fish
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cider or wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Bring water, salt and vinegar to a boil.
Drop in fish and simmer 10 minutes or until done.
Put melted butter in serving dish.
Remove fish with slotted spoon and add fish in single layer.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Spoon butter over and put in broiler 3 to 5-inches from flame.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
