Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

In medium bowl,
stir first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients;
toss to coat well.
Cover;
chill. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
