Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, beat together the margarine, butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the lemon extract.
    Sift the flour and salt together, then mix into the wet ingredients.
    Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let the cake cool in the pan, then turn out onto a plate.
    Serves 12.
