Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. beer or vinegar
1 c. water
3/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 bay leaves
1 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Put in blender to thicken.
