Easy Perogie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 plain pizza shell
    1 small can sauerkraut
    1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes
    milk
    butter or margarine
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Colby, Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking spray
Preparation
    Prepare package of instant mashed potatoes as directed with water, butter or margarine, milk and salt.
    Set aside.
    Add 1 can drained sauerkraut.
    Mix in 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 cup Colby, Longhorn or Cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
