Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine
baking mix, sugar and 1/2 cup cheese.\tAdd egg and milk.
Mix\twell.
Put
in\ta
small
greased
loaf
pan. Sprinkle remaining\tcheese\ton
top.
Pour melted butter over cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
