Fruit Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Brazil nuts
3/4 c. pecan halves
1 1/2 c. English walnuts
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. pitted prunes
1/2 c. red cherries
1/2 c. green cherries
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, sift flour mixture over fruits and nuts; stir until coated.
Beat eggs until light, add vanilla and pour over mixture; mix well.
Put in greased loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool.
