Tuna-Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 homemade or store crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (12 oz.) canned milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Thaw and \"drain\" broccoli between paper towels.
Combine milk, eggs, tuna fish, cheese, dill weed and broccoli and salt in a bowl.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0 (or until knife comes out clean, cutting into center).
Let stand 10 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
