Dutch Cabbage Or Sweet And Sour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 c. cubed celery
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1 jar chopped pimentos
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Put in layers as listed.
    Do not toss.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate.
    Keep covered at least 24 hours.
    Toss before serving.
    Will keep about 2 weeks.
