Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 small onion, diced
    8 slices toasted bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 egg
    sage (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove from bone.
    Cook onion and celery until tender; add butter and mix bread and egg.
    Add broth to make moist.
    Add this to chicken.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
