Best-Ever Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cream sugar, margarine and shortening.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add vanilla and lemon.
    Add milk and flour alternately.
    Mix well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Do not open oven for one hour.
