J. T.'S Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large, ripe avocados, peeled and mashed with fork
juice of 2 lemons
3 cloves garlic, crushed with 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 large tomato, chopped
5 or 6 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment for Mexican dishes.
