Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 can sliced tomatoes
    2 to 3 tsp. chicken bouillon
    3/4 c. Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Discard all but 3 cups of liquid. Add all of the ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve over white rice.
