Rum Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. rum (use 1/4 banana rum if available, total must be 3/4 c.)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks in mixer until light and add sugar.
    Soak gelatin in cold water; put over low fire and bring to boil (more water might be needed), stirring.
    Whip cream until stiff; fold it into the egg mixture and flavor with rum.
    Pour into oiled mold and chill.
    Will keep for days and days.
