Cherry Valentine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavor gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into oiled mold.
Refrigerate until set.
When ready to serve, unmold onto salad greens.
Serves 9 to 12.
