Salmon With Lemon Basil Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil
    2 lemon peels, grated
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. minced shallots
Preparation
    Combine minced shallots, minced garlic, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, dry mustard, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
    Simmer at a gentle boil over medium heat until mixture is reduced by about 1/3.
    Add unsalted butter, lemon peels and basil.
    Heat until butter is melted.
