Not Your Mother'S Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pine nuts, toasted
3 to 4 c. water
1 lb. green beans
1 large shallot, minced or 1/4 c. chopped scallions
1/4 c. raspberry or balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
chervil or basil (optional)
Preparation
-
Cook beans until tender.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Stir in pine nuts.
Serve warm or chilled.
