Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 cooking apples, cored and sliced
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. plus 5 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Arrange apple slices in pastry shell; sprinkle with 1 cup sugar, salt, cinnamon, 5 teaspoons flour and water.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and margarine in a bowl; mix until a crumbly texture is achieved.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture on pie.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
