Sausage And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Boil sausage in water until water has evaporated, about 15 minutes.
    Brown 5 minutes.
    Remove and drain off fat.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
    Saute onion and green pepper in fat until onion is transparent.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add corn and tomatoes and cook until liquid is evaporated, about 20 minutes.
    Arrange sausage on top and heat through.
    Makes 6 servings.
