Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. water
    flour
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, egg, salt and pepper. Make into beef patties. Coat the patties in flour. Fry patties in a small amount of shortening until golden brown. Place in baking dish. Combine soup and water; pour this mixture over patties and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
