Company Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, boneless
    flour, salt, pepper to brown chicken
    oil
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 oz. mushroom
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper chicken; brown in oil.
    Place browned chicken in baking dish.
    Pour off excess oil.
    Brown flour in skillet.
    Add broth.
    Season gravy with salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms.
    Pour gravy over chicken and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    May be prepared a day early or frozen.
