Marinated Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch chopped greens
1 Tbsp. capers
olive oil
vinegar or lemon
crushed garlic (3 large cloves)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Steam greens until tender in salted water.
Drain thoroughly. Sprinkle ingredients on top of them.
Toss.
Marinate a few hours in refrigerator.
Serve cold.
