Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. soft margarine, melted
Preparation
    Coat
    chicken
    in
    combined flour and
    seasonings.
    Dip chicken in egg and water;
    coat with crumbs and cheese.
    Place in 13\tx
    9-inch
    baking pan.\tDrizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
