Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in pieces (do not brown)
    2 c. celery, cut up
    2 c. carrots (in chunks)
    6 or 8 small onions
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. tomato juice
    1 c. water
    9 medium potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
