Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chuck roast (1 1/2 inches thick)
1/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Preparation

Prepare marinade.
Marinate roast overnight, turning frequently.
Charcoal for 15 minutes on each side for medium rare, depending on thickness.
Thinly slice diagonally.
