Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    2 oz. bread crumbs
    1 oz. flour
    12 oz. sausage meat
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Completely cover each egg with sausage meat.
    Roll first in flour, then egg, then butter crumbs.
    Shake off surplus crumbs. Deep-fry to a golden brown in moderately hot fat.
    Drain well. Serve hot or cold.
