Potato-Bacon Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. cubed peeled potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. milk
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp in a large saucepan.
Add onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour off fat.
Add potatoes and water. Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Gradually add milk, salt and pepper.
Heat again to serving temperature (do not boil).
Add parsley flakes when serving.
