Ingredients

1 c. Crisco and Parkay, mixed
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. chopped dates
1 c. red and green candied cherries, cut up
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix together the Crisco and Parkay, flour, white sugar, cinnamon, cloves and eggs.
Batter will be thick.
Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.
Do not overbake.
Yields 3 dozen.
