Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked lamb
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked peas
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. stock or bouillon broth
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation

Combine lamb and onion; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except mashed potatoes and milk.
Mix well. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes and brush with evaporated milk.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
