Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. each walnuts and diced dates
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine cereal, flour, sugar, walnuts, dates, baking soda and salt.
    Beat eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add moist ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
