Spanish Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. catsup
2 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
2 chili peppers, minced OR 1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook on a low boil for 1 hour.
Serve on roast beef.
Makes about 3 c. sauce.
