Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Put in blender and blend.
Add cushaw to fill blender, about 2 1/2 cups.
Pour in unbaked crust.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cover pie edges with aluminum foil to keep from overbrowning.
Add meringue, if you wish, after pie is done.
