Luly'S Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucine
    3/4 qt. half and half cream
    broccoli
    onions
    squash
    zucchini
    sweet carrots (small)
    3/4 pkg. tofu, cubed
    5 to 6 garlic cloves, chopped
    tarragon
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    1/3 c. walnut oil
    mushrooms
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Slice vegetables; prepare for steaming and steam.
    Saute some of the onions, mushrooms, tarragon and tofu in walnut oil.
    Add cooking wine and garlic cloves.
    When tender, add the half and half and simmer to small boil.
    Cook fettucine.
    Add egg yolks and sauce to noodles.
    Mix the vegetables in and then mix in the Parmesan cheese.
    Eat and enjoy.
