Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake until filling is set.
