Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    3 c. boiling water
    1 roll garlic cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1/4 skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water and cook 3 minutes; salt to taste. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to cooked grits; stir to blend. Add all other ingredients; stir. Bake in buttered casserole, uncovered, about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
