Nalesniki - Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    butter
Preparation
    For crepes:
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Combine eggs, milk and water.
    Add gradually to flour mixture, beating to a thin batter.
    Spoon 3 tablespoons of batter onto a hot greased skillet. Brown lightly on both sides.
    Continue making cakes until batter is gone.
    Spread with your favorite fruit preserves or cheese filling, roll up and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
