Ginger Kringles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil and 1 cup sugar; add egg and beat well.
    Stir in molasses.
    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and ginger; add to molasses mixture, stirring to mix.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each in remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned at 350\u00b0.
