Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla and salad oil; beat.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; beat.
Add grated zucchini and beat.
Add walnuts.
Grease and flour two loaf pans (9 x 5 x 2-inch).
Divide dough into pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
